Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We take great pride in the quality and consistency of our blends. The packaging and the product you receive will match the images shown on our website. As a natural product, slight variations in the color of the jaggery may occur, which is a sign of its purity.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
